Fitoor's Sales Terms
1. Pricing and Currency
All prices on the FITOOR website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed at checkout or elsewhere before the order is completed.
FITOOR reserves the right to revise prices, promotions, and product availability. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where correction or adjustment is permitted by applicable law and communicated appropriately.
2. Payment Methods
FITOOR may offer the following payment methods, depending on availability:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank transfer
- Debit and credit cards
- Approved digital wallets and online payment gateways
Available payment options will be displayed during checkout.
For prepaid orders, processing is subject to successful payment authorization. For Cash on Delivery orders, order processing may be subject to confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details when placing an order.
3. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee product availability in every circumstance.
If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, FITOOR will notify you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Requests to cancel an order should be made as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
4. Product Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep product listings and stock information current.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include a refund or an alternative arrangement agreed upon with you.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings. We recommend reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and fabric details before purchasing.
